Welcome To Better Behaviors
Practical, Personalized Support for Everyday Parenting
Feeling stuck in survival mode as a parent? You’re not alone. At Better Behaviors, I help parents like you shift from feeling overwhelmed and uncertain to confident and in control — using proven behavior strategies that make life easier, not harder.

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families. My approach is practical, compassionate, and centered around what matters most to you. I believe your priorities should guide the plan — not the other way around.
My Mission
My goal is to fill each family’s toolbox with effective, evidence-based tools — and then watch with pride as they confidently use those tools long after our time together. Knowing they can handle whatever comes next is the most meaningful part of what I do.

About me
I’ve always been curious about how people think, learn, and grow. After earning my degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Michigan, I began working with youth in a juvenile facility — an experience that showed me how powerful structured, compassionate behavior support can be.
I eventually moved back to California to be closer to my family, and while job hunting, I came across a posting that simply said: If you love behavioral science and working with families, apply here. I did — and everything clicked. I quickly discovered a natural strength in understanding behavior and connecting with people, which led me to earn my Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and become a BCBA.
Since then, I’ve helped families navigate challenging behaviors through individualized, practical strategies rooted in respect and compassion. I take pride in designing plans that reflect each family’s unique values and routines, always with full transparency and consent.
