Why Better Behaviors?
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families. My approach is practical, compassionate, and centered around what matters most to you. I believe your priorities should guide the plan — not the other way around.

Assessment & Treatment Planning
I conduct comprehensive skills assessments to identify your child’s strengths, challenges, and areas for growth. Based on the results, I develop a personalized treatment plan with targeted goals to support meaningful progress.

Consultation Services (Parent Coaching)
I offer situational behavioral consultation for families who may not need long-term therapy but are looking for support with specific concerns such as toilet training, tantrums, or increasing/decreasing certain behaviors.

Observations (Support Across Settings)
If your child displays challenging behaviors at school, home or in the community, I can observe them in those settings and develop a behavior plan. I also provide training for both school staff and parents to effectively implement the plan.

IEP Advocacy
If your child has an IEP, or you believe they may benefit from one, I provide IEP advocacy services to help you navigate the process and ensure your child receives the appropriate educational support.

Staff Training for Schools and Daycares
I offer customized training for teachers, aides, and support staff on managing challenging behaviors, supporting children with developmental delays, and implementing proactive strategies that promote positive behavior.

BCBA Student Mentorship
I provide mentorship for aspiring BCBAs seeking supervision hours or professional guidance. My approach emphasizes practical skill-building, ethical decision-making, and developing confidence in clinical judgment.
